&#8211; (CACS-FUNDEB)<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-5842 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pratinha.mg.gov.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Logo-Cacs-fundeb2-SEM-DATA-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">O Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (FUNDEB) \u00e9, atualmente, a principal pol\u00edtica de financiamento da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica brasileira, tendo sido reestruturado pela Lei Federal n\u00b0 14.113, de 25\/12\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Referido fundo \u00e9 formado por recursos provenientes de impostos e transfer\u00eancias dos estados, Distrito Federal e munic\u00edpios, destinados ao financiamento de a\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento do ensino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Para o acompanhamento, o monitoramento e a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o, a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea um mecanismo de controle social, possibilitando a participa\u00e7\u00e3o direta do cidad\u00e3o na gest\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, seja de forma individual ou coletiva, como \u00e9 o caso do Conselho de Acompanhamento e Controle Social do FUNDEB (CACS-FUNDEB).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Criado pela lei que instituiu o FUNDEB, o CACS-FUNDEB \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado que tem como fun\u00e7\u00e3o principal o acompanhamento e controle social sobre a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a transfer\u00eancia, o planejamento e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos do fundo, no \u00e2mbito de todas as esferas administrativas: municipal, estadual e federal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Atribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Acompanhar e controlar a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, transfer\u00eancia e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos do FUNDEB;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Supervisionar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Censo Escolar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Acompanhar a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria anual;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Instruir, com parecer, as presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas dos recursos do FUNDEB a serem apresentadas ao respectivo Tribunal de Contas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Acompanhar e controlar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos federais transferidos \u00e0 conta do Programa Nacional de Apoio ao Transporte do Escolar (PNATE) e do Programa de Apoio aos Sistemas de Ensino para Atendimento \u00e0 Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens e Adultos (PEJA).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">O CACS-FUNDEB \u00e9 composto por 13 (treze) membros titulares, sendo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">a) 2 (dois) representantes do Poder Executivo, sendo pelo menos 1 (um) deles da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">b) 1 (um) representante dos professores da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica p\u00fablica do Munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">c) 1 (um) representante dos diretores das escolas b\u00e1sicas p\u00fablicas do Munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">d) 1 (um) representante dos servidores t\u00e9cnico-administrativos das escolas b\u00e1sicas p\u00fablicas do Munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">e) 2 (dois) representantes dos pais\/respons\u00e1veis de alunos da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica p\u00fablica do Munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">f) 2 (dois) representantes dos estudantes da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica p\u00fablica do Munic\u00edpio, devendo 1 (um) deles ser indicado pela entidade de estudantes secundaristas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">g) 1 (um) representante do Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o- CME;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">h) 1 (um) representante do Conselho Tutelar, previsto na Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.069, de 13 de julho de 1990 &#8211; Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente -, indicado por seus pares;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">i) 2 (dois) representantes de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Membros suplentes: para cada membro titular, ser\u00e1 nomeado um suplente, representante da mesma categoria ou segmento social com assento no Conselho, que substituir\u00e1 o titular em seus impedimentos tempor\u00e1rios, provis\u00f3rios e em seus afastamentos definitivos, ocorridos antes do fim do mandato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong><u>REUNI\u00d5ES CONSELHO<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">As reuni\u00f5es de\u00a0<strong>Conselho\u00a0<\/strong>s\u00e3o abertas ao p\u00fablico e acontecem\u00a0<strong>bimestralmente<\/strong>, podendo haver altera\u00e7\u00e3o a crit\u00e9rio do plen\u00e1rio e\/ou em virtude da demanda de trabalho. A data das reuni\u00f5es s\u00e3o disponibilizadas nas redes sociais da Prefeitura Municipal e em Mural do Conselho na sede do Departamento Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong><u>COMPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O DO CONSELHO MUNICIPAL DO CACS-FUNDEB \u2013 GEST\u00c3O 2023\/2026<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>O Decreto n\u00ba 819\/2022 de 14 de Dezembro de 2022, designa membros para comporem o Conselho Municipal do CACS-FUNDEB para o quadri\u00eanio 2022-2026. O mandato dos membros do Conselho ser\u00e1 de (04) quatro anos, iniciando em 01 de Janeiro de 2023 at\u00e9 31 dezembro de 2026 e n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser reconduzido. Juntamente com o Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 1.068 de 19 de Abril de 2024, o Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 1.137 de 16 de Setembro de 2024 e o Decreto Municipal 1.293 de 16 de Maio de
